Here at Elsaan Outfitting we have two private properties in the middle of prime Whitetail hunting territory. One farm is 165 acres of woods and grown up fields and the other is 15 acres of strip mine ground with wooded acres on three sides. Both properties have excellent tree stand sites with heavy deer populations and agricultural crops on surrounding farms.
We have five ladder stands with trimmed shooting lanes in place or feel free to erect your own tree stands or blinds.
Also endless acres of public hunting available only minutes away on the Conservancy Corp of Engineers or Woodbury Wildlife Hunting.

Our farm and clubhouse are for your exclusive use as well as all the amenities.
One hot meal per day. Lunch or Evening Dinner
Sack lunch available each day upon request.
Fishing on a catch and release basis.
4 bird guided pheasant hunt per hunter is also included.

We will assist you in any way we can:
Transportation to and from airport (Additional charge)
Tracking, getting deer out and on meat rack
Hauling to get processed
Tracking dog available upon request and availability. (Additional charge)
Pick up groceries

We offer these two properties for deer hunting only three times a year as a semi-guided hunt.

Bow Hunting: Three hunters maximum.
November 4 – 10, 2018
Rate is $4,350 per hunt

Gun Hunting:
maximum 3 hunters 
November 26 – December 2, (2018)
Rate is $4,950 per hunt

Muzzleloader  Hunting:
maximum 3 hunters
January 5 – January 8,(2019)
Rate is $3,150 per hunt

Hunters may arrive on Saturday during the am and check out is the following Sunday by 2:00pm.
Hunters must bring:
Proper hunting license and tags.
All hunting gear.
Breakfast food.

To All Hunters!
We do have a wounded buck fee of $500 anytime a buck is hit and not recovered. If you draw blood on a buck and it is not recovered, your deer hunt is over. You may pay the $500 fee and finish out the remainder of your hunt.
This policy is in place for the protection of our game and to discourage hunters from taking foolish shots. It is the lack of adequate practice and the self control to take only guaranteed shots that ruins our reputations as hunters.
Sorry, but this is enforced for the greater good of All!
